YAAARC has no formal organizational structure. At meetings we try to follow a simple agenda. There are no club "officers". Peter Hines is the "meeting coordinator", elected at the February,1997 meeting. The meeting coordinator is responsible for scheduling time and place for upcoming meetings. The meeting coordinator is elected by club members at intermittant intervals. Paul Haas held the position previously since the club's inception.
